November 1938 DAIICHI NENRYO & CO. was founded at 927 Hosoe, Shikama-ku, Himeji-city.
April 1949 DAIICHI NENRYO & CO. was reorganized as DAIICHI NENRYO Co., Ltd. and became a designated dealer for Japan National Railway to start producing pitch rentan (briquette hardened with pitch) for steam locomotives.
February 1950 Yonago factory was constructed in Yonago-city, Tottori Pref.
February 1954 Yonago factory was moved into Sakaiminato-city to become a bigger factory, named Sakai factory.
June 1956 Tokyo branch office was opened.
October 1956 Wakamatsu branch office was opened in Kitakyusyu-city, Fukuoka Pref.
January 1957 Latest equipped factory for producing mametan (bean-coal) began its construction in Sasebo-city, Nagasaki Pref.
July 1957 The first stage of constructing Sasebo factory was finished.
May 1958 The second stage of constructing Sasebo factory was finished.
June 1959 Our company name has been changed from DAIICHI NENRYO CO.,LTD. to DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd.
May 1961 Himeji office was opened with the start of LPG business.
October 1962 Ako office was opened.
October 1965 Ogura office was opened by integrating with Wakamatsu branch office.
March 1966 Office building was inaugurated.
November 1966 Sendai office and Okayama office were opened.
April 1968 Takasaki office was opened in Takasaki-city, Gunma Pref.
July 1968 Integrating with Sendai office, Ishinomaki factory was constructed in Ishinomaki-city, Miyagi Pref.
April 1970 Takasaki office was merged into Tokyo branch office, opening Tokyo office.
June 1970 By increasing 50% of its capital, capital of DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. was increased to ¥127,500,000.
August 1971 Himeji briquette factory for producing recarburizer was completed.
July 1972 Himeji pellet factory for producing recarburizer was completed. By increasing its capital by ¥42,500,000, DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. was up to ¥170,000,000.
July 1973 Because of the end of pitch rentan, Sakai factory was closed.
February 1974 LPG station was set up at Ishinomaki Station, and started its business.
September 1974 Himeji recycling factory of "hotscarf waste" was completed.
October 1974 By increasing its capital by ¥42,500,000, DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. was up to ¥212,500,000.
February 1975 Kurate Office was opened at Kurate-machi, Fukuoka Pref.
July 1976 Kakogawa branch office was opened.
May 1977 Requested by Prevention from Related Pollution Service Public Cooperation for their establishment of buffer greenery zone, DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. decided to move its Himeji factory.
April 1978 Former head office and Himeji factory were completed to be moved to the present location at 3001 Nakashima Shikama-ku, Himji-city.
May 1980 Facility for producing recarburizer was completed to be added to Ishinomaki factory.
July 1981 Facility for producing heat-retaining material was completed at Himeji factory.
October 1982 Fukuyama branch office was opened in Fukuyama-city, Hiroshima Pref.
July 1984 Himeji aluminum-briquette factory was completed.
March 1987 200,000,000 yen of bonds offered through private placement were issued.
April 1987 Importing and Exporting firm, DAINEN TRADING Co., Ltd. was found.
October 1987 LPG 24 hour-supervision center (DTN365) was founded.
June 1989 DAINEN FURNACE Co., Ltd. was founded; Consigned management of operating the ACE PLAN.
December 1989 Delivery business, DAINEN DELIVERY CENTER Co., Ltd. was founded.
April 1991 Himeji office was opened.
April 1992 Facility for producing heat-retaining material was completed at Sasebo factory.
July 1992 TAIYUAN DAINEN RECARBURIZER Co., Ltd. was established as a Japanese-Chinese joint venture.
October 1993 DAINEN FURNACE Co., Ltd. was merged into DAINEN TRADNG Co., Ltd..
October 1993 DAINEN TRADING CO, LTD. established TIANJIN DAINEN INDUSTRIES Co., Ltd. as a Japanese-Chinese joint venture. In addition, Tokyo office was opened.
January 1996 DAINEN PLANNING Co., Ltd. was founded and its broadcasting business started.
March 1997 New business was started in treatment chemicals field, regarding the regulation of emitting dioxin from the produced gas while incinerating.
April 1997 DAINEN TRADING Co., Ltd. was registered as Sewage Treatment and Disposal Facility Maintenance Manager by the former Ministry of Construction (registration # 9-318).
April 1998 50th anniversary event was held.
May 1998 Himeji LPG terminal (in Hayashida-cho) was completed.
May 1999 Ako office was moved and newly re-opened at Iso industrial estate in Ako-city.
May 1999 DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd. and SINANEN Co., Ltd. established and operated a joint venture company, ISHINEN CO.,LTD..
October 1999 TAIHEIYO DAINEN Co., Ltd. was founded as an environmental merchandise business company.
November 2000 FUKUOKA DAINEN Co., Ltd., OKAYAMA DAINEN Co., Ltd., DAINEN ENGERGY Co., Ltd. were merged into DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL Co., Ltd..
January 2001 Himeji factory received the certification of ISO 9002 (registered # JQ 0578A).
April 2001 Our company name has been changed from DAIICHI NENRYO INDUSTRIAL CO.,LTD. to DAINEN Co., Ltd..
November 2001 Takino branch office was opened.
April 2002 TAIHEIYO DAINEN Co., Ltd. was merged into DAINEN Co., Ltd..
July 2004 Hiroshima Office was established.
February 2006 DAINEN HUMAN PLUS Co., Ltd. was founded.
July 2006 Fukuoka LP Gas Center was established.
March 2009 Present head office building and factory are completed.
October 2009 Kyushu Office changed its name into Kurate office. Kitakyushu Gas Center, Fukuoka LP Gas Center each changed its name into Kitakyushu Office and Fukuoka Office.
October 2009 Fukuoka office was moved to the present location.
November 2009 Kakogawa Office was rebuilt and newly re-opened.
February 2010 Kitakyushu office was rebuilt and newly re-opened.
June 2011 Tokyo office was moved to the present location.
April 2014 DAINEN ECOSOLUTION was established.
August 2018 Fukaura Office was established.
